The Miami Marlins pitching staff threw a gem in tonight's victory 4-0 over the Atlanta Braves, starting with starting pitcher Chris Narveson followed by the bullpen.

Pitcher Chris Narveson was on his game tonight going five strong innings, zero earned runs, two walks and three strikeouts. The bullpen was amazing starting with Barraclough, Bryan Morris, Mike Dunn and closer AJ Ramos, holding the braves to one hit and hanging a big zero on the scoreboard.

The offense tonight provided some timely hitting especially from two guys Martin Prado and Justin bour each with a Double and RBI in the eighth inning, not to be left behind is center fielder Cole Gillespie who hit a homerun in the second off of braves pitcher Shelby Miller.

The bright spot for the Atlanta Braves was starting pitcher Shelby Miller going seven innings, giving up one earned run, no walks, four strikeouts and a home run given up.

The Marlins will send to the mound young prospect Justin Nicolino tomorrow who is 2-2 with a 3.65 era in six start and will be facing the Atlanta Braves for the first time in his young career.
